How To Make Hot Dog on a Stick’s Zucchini Fries

- 3 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs.

Dip zucchini strips in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and then in the breadcrumbs.

Place the zucchini fries on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
