How To Make Fountain Blue Restaurant’s Chocolate Flourless Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Grease a small 6-inch cake pan and set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl over a simmering pot of water, melt the chocolate and butter together, stirring occasionally until smooth.

Remove the bowl from heat and whisk in the sugar and salt.

Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, until the mixture is completely smooth.

Sift the cocoa powder over the chocolate mixture and whisk until combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
