How To Make Fig Newtons Pancakes
Fluffy pancakes filled with the sweet, chewy goodness of Fig Newtons.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup chopped Fig Newtons
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.

Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

Fold in chopped Fig Newtons.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Using a quarter cup measuring cup, pour batter onto pan and cook until bubbles form on surface of pancake, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot with syrup or honey.
