How To Make Farmers Market Restaurant’s Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut off the tops of the bell peppers, remove seeds and membranes. Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is browned; drain. Stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper; heat through.

Stuff each pepper with beef mixture and place in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and peppers are tender.
