How To Make Dashing Dish Protein Muffins Recipe
Delicious high protein muffins that make a perfect on-the-go breakfast or snack!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Add in the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg whites, almond milk, and applesauce.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
