How To Make Dashing Dish Protein Pancakes

These pancakes are light, fluffy, and packed with protein!

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: blueberries or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop pancake batter onto pan using a 1/4 cup measuring cup.

  5. Cook pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

  6. Serve with desired toppings.
