How To Make Dashing Dish Protein Pancakes
These pancakes are light, fluffy, and packed with protein!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: blueberries or chocolate chips
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop pancake batter onto pan using a 1/4 cup measuring cup.

Cook pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
