How To Make Rosemary & Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the garlic and rosemary mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Slice or serve whole.
