How To Make Rosemary & Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush the garlic and rosemary mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

  6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Slice or serve whole.
