How To Make Coconut-Crusted Lime Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow dish, combine the shredded coconut, panko breadcrumbs, lime zest, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat it evenly with the coconut mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
