  • 8 skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Dip each chicken thigh into the flour mixture, coating evenly on all sides.

  4. Place the coated chicken thighs in the heated skillet and fry for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove the chicken thighs from the skillet and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
