  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.

  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic.

  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  7. Sprinkle the flour over the garlic and butter mixture and stir well.

  8. Slowly pour in the chicken broth and white wine, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

  9. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.

  10. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and coat them with the sauce.

  11. Cover the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

  12. Serve the garlic chicken hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
