
How To Make Cheese Stuffed Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz cheese, (cheddar, blue, brie) grated
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Form the beef mixture into 8 burger patties.

Grab 4 of the patties and form a well in the center of each.

Place a spoonful of cheese in the well and seal it with the remaining four patties.

Press the edges to seal the patty.

Heat oil in a non-stick skillet on medium heat.

Place the patty on the skillet and cook for 8 minutes. Flip the patty and cook for another 5 minutes.
