Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz cheese, (cheddar, blue, brie) grated
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

  2. Form the beef mixture into 8 burger patties.

  3. Grab 4 of the patties and form a well in the center of each.

  4. Place a spoonful of cheese in the well and seal it with the remaining four patties.

  5. Press the edges to seal the patty.

  6. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet on medium heat.

  7. Place the patty on the skillet and cook for 8 minutes. Flip the patty and cook for another 5 minutes.
