How To Make Lefse Recipe

- 4 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.

Gradually add in the flour until the dough is soft and pliable.

Divide the dough into golf ball-sized portions.

On a floured surface, roll out each portion into a thin circle.

Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.

Cook each lefse for about 1 minute on each side, until lightly browned.
