How To Make Kidney Bean Curry Recipe
A delicious and hearty vegetarian dish with kidney beans, tomatoes, and aromatic spices.

Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil.

Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add the canned tomatoes, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, and salt.

Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the kidney beans and water to the skillet or wok.

Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes or until the kidney beans are tender.

Serve hot with rice or naan bread and garnish with chopped cilantro.
