How To Make Kidney Bean Chili Recipe
A hearty and flavorful chili made with kidney beans, perfect for a cozy meal on a chilly day.

Ingredients
- 2 cans of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of chili powder
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onion and red bell pepper. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika. Stir and cook for another minute.

Add the kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the desired consistency is reached.

Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.

Serve with cooked rice and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
