  • 1 cup of polenta
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp of butter

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring the water and salt to a boil.

  2. Slowly whisk in the polenta, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and butter until melted and well combined.

  5. Remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes to thicken before serving.
