Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a large saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, eggnog, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.

  3. Once melted and smooth, remove from heat and stir in nutmeg and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  6. Remove from the refrigerator, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper, and cut into squares.

  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
