  • 1 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp of grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil.

  3. Place the sausages in a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over them, making sure they’re evenly coated.

  4. Bake the sausages in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they’re cooked through and browned.

  5. Serve the sausages hot with a side of roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
