Ingredients

  • 8 slices of baguette
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 4 oz gin
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Toast the baguette slices until crispy.

  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon zest, and juice.

  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each baguette slice.

  4. Top with smoked salmon and garnish with fresh dill.

  5. For the cocktails, fill each glass with ice cubes.

  6. Add 1 oz of gin to each glass, followed by 3 oz of tonic water.

  7. Stir gently to mix.

  8. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh thyme.
