Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked millet
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked millet, chopped pecans, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined 8-inch square baking dish.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
