  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the grated cucumber in a fine-mesh sieve and squeeze out any excess liquid.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the squeezed cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
