  • 2 bunches of fresh cilantro
  • 3 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and roughly chop the cilantro leaves.

  2. Remove the stems and seeds from the jalapeno peppers and roughly chop them.

  3. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

  4. In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, jalapeno peppers, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  7. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl.
