Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp nigella seeds
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
