  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked fish, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, dried thyme, lemon zest, oats, eggs, salt, and pepper.

  2. Use your hands to shape the mixture into fishcakes, pressing firmly to ensure they hold together.

  3. Heat some olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

  4. Fry the fishcakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve the fishcakes hot with a side of salad or veggies.
