- 400g white fish fillets, cooked and flaked
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for frying

Use your hands to shape the mixture into fishcakes, pressing firmly to ensure they hold together.
