How To Make Haddock, Cauliflower & Potato Purée

Ingredients

  • 1 cup haddock fillets, cooked and flaked
  • 1 small cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup water or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, steam the cauliflower and potatoes until tender.

  2. In a separate pan, poach the haddock in water or broth until cooked through.

  3. Drain the cauliflower and potatoes and transfer to a blender or food processor.

  4. Add the cooked haddock and butter to the blender and puree until smooth.

  5. If needed, add water or broth to achieve desired consistency.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
