How To Make Fish fingers & mushy peas

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs.

Dip each fish fillet into the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the fish fillets for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

While the fish is cooking, prepare the mushy peas. Cook the frozen peas according to package instructions, then drain.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked peas, milk, and salt. Mash with a fork or potato masher until desired consistency is reached.

Serve the crispy fish fingers with a side of mushy peas.
