How To Make Classic Restaurant Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1 cup of croutons
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the dressing over the romaine lettuce and toss to coat evenly.
