- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 4 cups mixed leafy greens

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
