How To Make Two-Cheese Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, whole milk, dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the cheese sauce mixture and toss until well coated.

Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
