How To Make Marzipan-in-the-middle bundt cake

Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 and 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup marzipan, cut into small pieces
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt cake pan with butter and dust with flour.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Spread the marzipan pieces evenly over the batter, avoiding the edges. Top with the remaining batter, covering the marzipan completely.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust the top of the cake with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
