How To Make Strawberry Cupcakes
Delicious and moist strawberry cupcakes topped with creamy strawberry frosting. Perfect for dessert or a sweet treat!

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- For the Strawberry Frosting:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the softened butter, milk, vanilla extract, strawberry puree, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full with the batter.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.

For the Strawberry Frosting:

In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.

Gradually add in the powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and fluffy.

Once the cupcakes are cooled, frost them with the strawberry frosting.
