How To Make Scotch Pancakes
Delicious and fluffy pancakes that are perfect for a morning treat or brunch.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of melted butter
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
