How To Make Apple, Pear & Cherry Compote
A sweet and tangy compote made with apples, pears, and cherries, perfect as a topping for yogurt or ice cream.

Ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 pears, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cup cherries, pitted
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine apples, pears, cherries, water, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the fruit is soft and the liquid has thickened.
