How To Make Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients
- 2 inches of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 lemons, juiced
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 4 cups of water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the sliced ginger and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

In a pitcher, combine the ginger-infused water, lemon juice, sugar, and remaining 2 cups of water. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the ginger lemonade over the ice.
