How To Make Lemon Vodka Jellies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups lemonade
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp gelatin powder
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the lemonade and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.

Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the lemonade mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

Stir in the vodka until well combined.

Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin completely dissolves.

Remove from heat and pour the mixture into serving glasses or molds.

Place lemon slices on top for garnish.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
