How To Make Elderflower & Raspberry Jelly

Jelly desserts don’t always have to mean ordinary gelatin dishes in cups. With our tasty jelly recipes, a jelly dessert will make you become the talk of the town before you know it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elderflower cordial
  • 1 cup raspberry juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 gelatin sheets

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the elderflower cordial, raspberry juice, and water over medium heat until hot.

  2. Meanwhile, soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water for about 5 minutes or until softened.

  3. Remove the gelatin sheets from the water and squeeze out any excess liquid.

  4. Add the gelatin sheets to the hot elderflower and raspberry mixture, stirring until completely dissolved.

  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes or molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

  6. Serve chilled and garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
