Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 pink grapefruits, juiced
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 gelatin sheets
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
-
In a blender, combine the pink grapefruit juice, frozen raspberries, fresh mint leaves, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
-
In a separate bowl, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.
