Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Gradually whisk in the cornmeal and salt.

Reduce the heat to low and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, for 15-20 minutes until thickened.

Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and butter until melted and well combined.
