How To Make In-N-Out Animal Style Fries Burger Recipe

A delicious and indulgent burger loaded with In-N-Out’s iconic Animal Style Fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped grilled onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 medium potatoes, sliced into fries
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt and pepper. Form into four patties.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each patty for about 5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.

  4. In a small saucepan, mix together the ketchup, Thousand Island dressing, grilled onions and pickles. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.

  5. In a large bowl, toss together the potato fries, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

  6. To assemble the burgers, toast the brioche buns and place a slice of American cheese on each patty. Top with a spoonful of the warm Thousand Island sauce and a handful of the crispy fries. Serve immediately.
