How To Make Hole Mole’s Beef Flautas Recipe
Crunchy rolled up tortillas filled with seasoned beef and served with fresh toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8-10 flour tortillas
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole
Instructions

In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.

Add chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is fully cooked.

Remove the beef from heat and let it cool.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each tortilla and roll it tightly, securing it with a toothpick.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the rolled tortillas until they are golden brown.

Remove the toothpicks and place the flautas on a baking sheet.

Bake the flautas in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
