How To Make Skinny Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup low-fat Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup croutons (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
