Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
  • 1 cup of croutons
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Caesar dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.

  3. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.

  4. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  5. Add the grilled chicken strips to the bowl.

  6. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  7. Divide the salad among 4 plates and serve.
