How To Make Beef Chuck Tacos

Savory and spicy shredded beef chuck served on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 tortillas
  • Toppings of your choice (shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub seasoning mixture over beef chuck roast.

  4. In a Dutch oven, heat some oil and sear the beef on all sides until browned.

  5. Add in beef broth, onion, and garlic.

  6. Cover and bake in the oven for 2 hours or until beef is tender and easy to shred.

  7. Remove from oven and shred the beef with two forks.

  8. Serve on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
