  • 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp of paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  2. Add popcorn kernels to the pot and cover with a lid. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.

  3. Once the popping slows down, remove the pot from heat and let it sit for a minute to allow any remaining kernels to pop.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.

  5. Drizzle the popcorn with the olive oil and sprinkle the seasoning mix over it. Toss well to coat evenly.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
