How To Make Roasted Goose Recipe
Tender and juicy roasted goose with crispy skin, perfect for any special occasion.

Ingredients
- 1 whole goose, about 5 kg
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 2 cups of chicken broth
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Remove giblets and neck from goose. Trim excess fat and prick skin all over with a fork.

Season inside and outside of goose with salt and pepper.

Stuff the onion, garlic, rosemary, and thyme into the cavity.

Place the goose, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan. Pour chicken broth into the pan.

Roast in the oven for 3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Let the goose rest for 15 minutes before carving.
