- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred.
