Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

  2. Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred.

  4. Remove from heat and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
