Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.

  2. Arrange banana slices on top of the peanut butter on 4 bread slices.

  3. Top with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.

  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.

  5. Place two sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining sandwiches, adding an additional tablespoon of butter if needed.

  7. Slice sandwiches diagonally and serve hot.
