  • 4 turkey legs
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Pat dry the turkey legs with a paper towel.

  3. Rub olive oil all over the turkey legs.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried thyme.

  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the turkey legs, making sure to coat all sides.

  6. Place the turkey legs on a baking sheet lined with foil.

  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  8. Remove from the oven and let the turkey legs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
