How To Make Creamy Egg Curry

Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.

Add garam masala and mix well.

Add the hard-boiled eggs and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
