Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup of Kraft BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup of cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F or follow the temperature on the pizza crust packaging.

  2. Spread the BBQ sauce onto the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edge.

  3. Sprinkle the shredded chicken on top of the sauce.

  4. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken.

  5. Add the red onion and red pepper slices to the top of the cheese.

  6. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the veggies.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

  9. Remove the pizza from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
