  • 4 cups kale leaves, stems removed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the kale leaves, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese. Pulse until well combined.

  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while the processor is running until the mixture becomes creamy.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve the kale pesto over cooked pasta, spread it on sandwiches, or use it as a dip for vegetables.
